## Overview

The press has 6 heated platens measuring 2500×1300×42 mm with 5 working openings between them, so 5 layers of product are pressed in one cycle. Pressure is generated by a 25 MPa high-pressure pump.

Steam or hot oil is used as the heat carrier, so the press works together with a steam boiler or thermal oil heater at the plant. The machine measures 4200×1700×2500 mm. The multi-opening design suits woodworking plants that produce plywood, boards and faced panels in large volumes.

AFEX supplies the equipment and provides installation, commissioning and warranty service. Tell us your board format and daily volume, and we will advise on the heating method and number of openings.
