The production process begins first of all with the storage for the seed. Since the production capacity of this line is a bit higher, we offer our customers to get a 50T scale. The scale is installed at the entrance to the building and the product entering and leaving the factory is weighed.

You will need a building of sufficient size to start producing oil. If you don’t have a ready-made building yet, we advise you to build it using this project. since the extraction building is not included in this line, it is placed in a separate building. the rest of the equipment will be located in this building.

An extraction line that takes 5 tons of oil from Kunjara per day

Extraction is carried out using special extraction gasoline or 95% ethanol. During the extraction process, about 5-6% of the residual oil remaining in the pulp is removed, and about 1-1.5% remains in the meal. Oil obtained by the extraction method is technical oil. It is allowed to be consumed by refining and deodorizing.
