## Overview

Containers move along the conveyor belt to the nozzles, where sensors on both sides hold them in place while four containers are filled at once. The touchscreen lets you set the volume dispensed by each nozzle separately, and the belt speed is adjusted with a dedicated bolt to suit the fill volume.

Each nozzle draws liquid through its own hose, and a mesh at the end of the hose acts as a filter that keeps foreign particles out of the dispenser. A screw mechanism adjusts the nozzle height to the container size. The machine runs on 220 V with a power of 0.5 kW, plus 0.3 kW for the conveyor. It measures 1700×850×1400 mm and weighs 90 kg, and suits small and medium workshops that fill liquid products into bottles and other containers.
