## Overview

This machine automatically rewinds large paper rolls into small rolls of a set size. During operation, paper tension and winding quality are continuously monitored, producing uniform, smooth, high-quality toilet paper rolls. The machine can also emboss patterns onto the paper surface (embossing), further improving the appearance and softness of the product. It supports the production of 1-, 2- and 3-ply toilet paper and continuously feeds finished product to the subsequent cutting and packaging stages. Technical Specifications This machine automatically cuts wound toilet paper logs to a set length and size with high precision. Thanks to a modern control system, every roll is made to the same size, ensuring product quality and appearance. High-speed, stable and safe operation increases productivity, and finished product is continuously fed to the subsequent packaging stage. During packaging, the rolls are grouped in a set quantity, wrapped in polyethylene film and securely sealed.
